By accessing Design It Green, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the Design It Green platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the Design It Green website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;
4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on Design It Green website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Design It Green does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Design It Green be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Design It Green website, even if the Design It Green or an authorized of Design It Green has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

6. Lifetime Access

Design It Green grants lifetime access to all online courses as long as Design It Green is still an active platform and YouTube channel. If for some reason, Design It Green has to be discontinued, all the video lessons will be made available to download for enrolled students.

7. Packs

By purchasing and downloading any Packs from Design It Green, you are granted a license to use the included assets within your architectural projects.
These assets are intended to enhance your architectural drawings, visualizations, and designs. You are permitted to incorporate and modify them to suit your creative needs and project requirements. This license is non-transferable and does not constitute ownership of the assets. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Packs 'as is' or in a form that competes directly with Design It Green is strictly prohibited.

8. Youtube Video Files

By purchasing any breakdown files, photos, Base Files or PSDs from Design It Green, you are acquiring a Single Person Use license, exclusively for educational use only. You are allowed to study and dissect the files however you like. They are intended for your personal use on your computer. This license does not transfer ownership and is non-transferable. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the files. Purchasing the files does not grant you the right to resell them unaltered 'as is' to any 3rd party. Additionally, you are not allowed to post or publish them on any social media platform as your own work. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, lend, or transfer photos 'as is' in their original unaltered form without prior written consent from Design It Green.

9. Links

Design It Green has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Design It Green of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Refunds

Design It Green has a 7-day refund policy. We don't ask questions about why you are asking for a refund. You can request a full refund up to 7 days after paying for access to a course provided you have not yet accessed more than 30% of the lessons.

11. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Design It Green may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Design It Green website shall be governed by the laws of Design It Green home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
